Why order from Internet Labels? 

As suppliers to business of direct thermal labels, thermal transfer labels, thermal transfer ribbons and direct thermal/thermal transfer printing equipment, we are fully conversant in all areas of label printing. We can therefore ensure that the labels, ribbons and machinery combination that you decide to use is correct. Our team of technicians and advisors are on hand to advise and support you through and beyond the buying process.

When will I get my order?


We aim to dispatch all stock orders received by 1pm Monday to Friday on the same day for delivery the next working day. If this is not possible, we will email you with our target delivery date shortly after receiving your order and ask you to accept the revised shipping date. If you decide not to accept this date your order will be cancelled with no penalty. All orders are subject to stock.We cannot guarantee next day delivery on weekends, public holidays and festive season shutdowns.

Is it safe to give my card details over the Internet? 

Your card details are encrypted and transferred through a firewall for maximum security and your peace of mind. We use Sagepay to process all of our payments secured by 256 bit SSL encryption.

How do I know my order has been received? 


When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that we have received it. Please make sure that you enter your email address correctly in the shopping basket. 

How do I know my order has shipped?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email shipping notification.

How will you deliver my order?


We will use a specialist carrier to deliver your order. The carrier will require a signature from the cardholder on delivery. If this is not available a redelivery will be attempted. Should this prove unsucessful the goods will be returned to our factory. This policy is designed to protect you from the fraudulent use of your card.

What are your delivery charges? 

Delivery charges to mainland U.K are currently £8.99 and are shown on the checkout screen. However if you require delivery to some areas of the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or any other non mainland address, your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and displayed before you place your order.

Do you deliver out of the U.K? 

Unfortunately not, we are not sufficiently technical to work out the carriage and tax implications online. We therefore cannot accept orders from overseas customers at the moment. Please check back though as we may add an overseas option in future. 

How do I know your labels and ribbons will meet my needs? 

Our labels are suitable for almost all direct thermal and thermal transfer printers with 203mm (8") roll size capacity which accept 76mm (3") internal diameter cores.  If your printer requires a smaller label roll size please see our label roll holder or complete our custom label quote form. Our ribbons are all black wax material, on 25mm cores. If you are unsure which ribbon you require please click here for our ribbon guide or contact us via email at sales@internetlabels.co.uk, stating your printer make and model and we shall advise the ribbon that you require. If we do not have the ribbon to meet your requirement as stock please complete our custom ribbon quote form or chat to one of our operators through our live chat. Why do you only take credit & debit card payments? 


By only accepting credit & debit card payments we reduce our administration and bad debt overheads to a minimum, allowing us to offer you the best possible prices. 

Why don't you stock a wider range of sizes and materials? 


Our market surveys have indicated that our range will meet over 80% of plain label requirements. By only stocking these sizes we can optimise our production to bring you the best prices. 

If my requirement is large enough, will you quote for non-stock items? 

Yes - tell us what you want and we will provide a quotation The only proviso is that your order must come to a value of over £50. Non stock items will have a longer lead time. 

What if the product arrives damaged? 

Email us and a member of our team will contact you to explain the options available to you. 

What is the equipment warranty? 

All hardware is warrantied for a period of 12 months from date of invoice.  This warranty covers non consumable items and parts only.  For example, print heads and drive train components are classed as consumable items and are not subject to our 12 month warranty.  If you need to claim on your warranty, please see our Equipment Warranty page and we will help you get up and running again or provide you with a returns number to return the item for repair.  Please note that Internet Labels will only pay carriage costs to return faulty warranty equipment to you after repair and will not be responsible for the return to us of equipment for warranty repair.

Returns/Refund Policy 

Please contact us for a returns number

You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 working days of the delivery of your goods. If you wish to do this, please contact us by email advising your name, address, sales reference number (this is on your email order confirmation) telephone number and the reason for the return. If appropriate we will issue you with a returns number, without which no returns can be accepted or refund issued. Once the returns number is issued, goods must be returned in good condition complete with any packaging, cartons, manual and disks etc carriage paid within 14 working days.  

Only goods which are returned unused and with their retaining seals (in the case of labels) or cellophane wrapping (in the case of ribbons and cleaning kits) can be accepted for refund. 

Once the agreed goods have been returned in an acceptable condition, your card account will be credited for the value of the goods (minus an allowance for any diminished value of the goods) as determined by our goods in procedure (written copies available), but not for any carriage charges. 

Bespoke goods supplied which are not standard website items may not be refundable unless they are faulty.  These goods will be separately quoted by email and identified appropriately as 'not returnable if not faulty'.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
